Why is the app not receiving data even though I have connected the device to the can bus?

1. Make sure you are connected to the drivetrain CAN bus!

2. Make sure you imported the custom messages files to your Ignitron ECU. You can download it from the main page.

3. If you are still experinecing problems activate the "Use 120 Ohm termination resistor" switch in the Settings/General. If you have a v1.04 hardware version interface, use a 120 Ohm resistor between the CAN bus wires.

Why i can not connect to the the device via Bluetooth?

1. Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/tablet.

2. Make sure you approved the permissions requested by the application.

Why is my Bluetooth connection unstable?

1. Make sure the device is not close to any electromagnetic source such as relays.

2. Try it with an other phone/tablet.

Can I display other data in the app than the default 20?

Yes, You can! All CAN messages are customizable. You can repurpose any gauge/CAN switch. All you have to do is open the Gauge settings/CAN Switch settings in the app, rename it. After that open the ECU-s program and change the corresponding data in the "Send custom CAN messages" or "Receive custom CAN messages" menu.
